Try TopStart free for 7 days. If you buy and change your mind, you have 14 days from payment for a full refund, no reason required.
Direct purchases
We accept refund requests within 14 days of your initial payment for the one-time license. The window starts with payment, not with the 7-day trial. An eligible purchase gets a full refund, including any tax charged, with no reason required. Feedback is welcome but never a condition of getting your money back.
The trial
TopStart is fully functional for 7 days without paying anything, and the trial ends without charging you. There is no subscription to cancel and no trial payment to refund. Buying is a separate, one-time choice you make only if the app earns it.
How to ask
Email support@topstart.app with the subject "TopStart refund request." Include the email you purchased with and, if you have it, your Lemon Squeezy order number. No explanation is required for a request inside the 14-day window. Don't send your license key or card number. If you lost the receipt, just say so and we can verify the purchase by email.
Billing errors
A duplicate or incorrect charge can be reported even after the 14-day window closes. We investigate and correct real billing errors without treating the voluntary refund window as a deadline for reporting them. For a partial refund we'll explain the amount and what changes before processing.
Processing
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the payment service TopStart uses, back to your original payment method. Bank and provider timing varies, and we confirm once it's done. No fixed arrival time is promised.
After a refund
A full refund revokes the license key, so the app returns to normal unlicensed state on its next check. Refunding never deletes anything on your Mac, and a refund of a duplicate charge keeps the valid paid license intact.
Consumer rights
This voluntary policy does not reduce your rights under applicable consumer law, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed software. A digital download on its own is not a waiver of those rights.
